Julia Cantu Hendrick, Attorney

Julia Cantu Hendrick is an attorney at Marti Law Group. She guides our clients through the complexities of legal situations, ensuring they are well-represented and well-informed. She specializes in startup formations and compliance issues, particularly within the medical aesthetics vertical. 

 

In her time at Marti Law Group, Julia has become an industry-leading expert in the complexities of medical spa regulations and medical weight loss treatments in the United States. Through presentations and articles, Julia’s thought leadership has helped position Marti Law Group as a leader in medical aesthetic compliance.

Prior to joining Marti Law Group, Julia attended Baylor Law School, where she actively engaged with the entrepreneurship clinic. As a 3L, she was honored to receive the Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award. During law school, she also served as a winter clerk for Judge Alan Albright in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a triple undergraduate major in Music, Human Rights, and Finance.

Outside of work, Julia loves to cook and explore new recipes and catch the latest movie. She’s an avid supporter of Austin’s startup and entrepreneurship scene and enjoys attending local events. When she’s not in the city, you can find her hiking and antiquing through the Texas Hill Country with her husband Kyle.
